What is MyEyes?
MyEyes is a small extension that draws on the menubar a pair of eyes constantly following the cursor movement.
Yes, I've already seen the Eyeballs INIT (I loved it!) and I must admit that it's a very old idea, but when I started working on color machines those poor, black & white peepers seemed to me a little dull. So, guess what! I added color and lived happy.
System Requirements
MyEyes requires a Macintosh or compatible running Mac OS 7.0 or later and color Quickdraw.
Starting with version 2.1.3 the MyEyes Extension runs native on Power Macs (it's FAT, i.e. it contains both 68k and PowerPC code).
Installation
Starting with version 2.0 the MyEyes package is formed by two distinct items: an extension named “MyEyes Extension” and a setup application named “MyEyes” followed by the version number.
Click the “Continue” button below to start the installation procedure.
The installer will recognize whether your machine has the necessary hardware/software requirements and will warn you if the installation cannot take place.
The installer will place the extension named ‚ÄúMyEyes Extension‚Äù into your Extensions folder and the rest of the package into a folder called ‚ÄúMyEyes Δí‚Äù on your hard disk.
If an older version of MyEyes is present on your machine, the existing extension will be overwritten.
After installation you will be asked to restart your machine. I recommend doing this.
